FM world to Facilitate

In line with BIFMs recent name change to IWFM, the membership body’s official magazine, FM World, is changing its name to ‘Facilitate’. Commenting on the change, editor Martin Read explained: “When you consider facilities management’s role in providing the optimal workplace for a typical organisation, those definitions have a nice ring to them.”

Pantone colour of the year

Colour expert Pantone has announced their colour of the year for 2019 is ‘Living Coral’, or Pantone 16-1546. The colour references the nourishing impact of coral on sea life, as well as the devastating effect of today’s society on the environment.
