CBRE has launched ‘hana’, a new service offering that combines the benefits of flexible workspace with the amenities, technology, thoughtful space design, and control over branding and culture that sophisticated corporations require.

Work related stress on the rise

New figures released by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) reveal worrying trends concerning mental health. Work-related stress anxiety or depression currently accounts for more than half of all working days lost due to ill health in Great Britain. This equates to 57.3 per cent of the 26.8 million work days lost to ill health.

Engie acquires Smart Buildings LTD

Engie has acquired Smart Buildings. The move means the service provider is one step closer towards its goal of achieving 50% of its UK revenues from business that combine energy and services activities by 2020.
